This is an ice cream cake, one of my favorites!! the filling possibilites are endless! this one happened to be chocolate chip cookie dough and mint chocolate chip with a fudge middle.



This is a rose made of white molding chocolate, with a rose pearl dust brushed on for that satin look :) (molding chocolate is a lot tastier than traditional fondant)



Here is the white chocolate rose, along with a string of pearls I did for a mini sample cake. The inside was red velvet



This was a super easy and fun! cake to do for my best friends adorable daughter!
